Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 24/7 on-call field service for troubleshooting and service training at customer locations.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment on separators, decanters, and heat exchangers.
  • •Install, start up, and shut down equipment according to company and customer safety procedures aligned with OSHA.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance calls, including emergency and warranty repairs.
  • •Document services and parts for invoicing and advise/train customers’ operators and maintenance personnel on safe operating and maintenance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with general knowledge of separators/decantors.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and working with mechanical and electrical or electronic components.
  • •Familiarity with PLCs or processors.
  • •Able to follow safety procedures in line with OSHA requirements.
