Job Summary

Strategically lead ERP transformations using Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and AI to align Finances and Operations with cloud innovations. Drive early-stage Pursuit, shape executive-level client visions, and translate complex requirements into compelling demos and value propositions, collaborating across sales, solutions design and delivery to enable credible project starts.

Key Responsibilities

•Steer strategic sales opportunities from qualification to closing, shaping the customer vision and coordinating with key stakeholders to build compelling transformation scenarios and credible value propositions.
•Conceptualize modern Dynamics 365 end-to-end ERP solutions, integrating Power Platform and AI, and translate complex requirements into clear visions and compelling demos.
•Drive the evolution of Avanade's ERP offering through thought leadership and reusable assets to strengthen market positioning.
•Collaborate across sales, solution design and delivery, working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to enable strong project starts.
•Manage end-to-end pursuit strategy and ensure opportunities gain high visibility and relevance for successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and end-to-end ERP business processes in finance, operations and supply chain.
•Proven track record guiding complex, stakeholder-driven sales opportunities and developing solutions that win customers; strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
•Sovereignly moderates discovery workshops, develops value-oriented narratives, and communicates persuasively with senior stakeholders in English and, when needed, local language.
•Combines knowledge of Power Platform, integration patterns and delivery aspects with an understanding of how deals are qualified, shaped and translated into implementation.
•Shows initiative, curiosity and teamwork; comfortable influencing without formal authority and translating new D365 and Copilot features into tangible customer value.
