Job Summary

Implement and optimize IBM TRIRIGA IWMS solutions by leading configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Partner with clients to gather requirements and translate business objectives into technical implementations. Coordinate project timelines with cross-functional teams, manage TRIRIGA implementations and upgrades, and provide training plus ongoing support to end-users and support teams for system stability and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of TRIRIGA solutions tailored to client requirements.
•Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance aligned to business objectives.
•Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful TRIRIGA delivery.
•Provide training to end-users and support teams.
•Offer ongoing support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•5-6+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 5-6+ years of TRIRIGA implementation experience with at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations or upgrades.
•Proficiency with TRIRIGA development tools such as Data Modeler, Form Builder, Workflow Manager, Navigation Manager, and Object Label Manager.
•Experience customizing and extending TRIRIGA using JavaScript and other programming languages.
•Knowledge integrating TRIRIGA with other systems via Web Services and middleware solutions (e.g., TIBCO, J2EE, JSP) including data mapping and migration for ERP/IWMS.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems.
