Job Summary

Support safety and security across The RealReal retail store, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Retail and Sales Asset Protection. Monitor and investigate incidents using CCTV, manage shortage control through audits and inventory cycle counts, and respond to alarm and off-hours key holder duties. Partner with store teams to deliver AP initiatives, document theft, help train team members, and develop strategies based on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Support safety and security processes, including business continuity plans.
•Utilize CCTV to review video, investigate safety cases, and bring internal and external cases to closure.
•Lead weekly inventory cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances with inventory operations, and conduct shortage control audits.
•Ensure physical security of the building as a key holder, including off-hour alarm response.
•Train team members on AP processes and systems, investigate theft incidents, and develop AP strategies based on industry trends.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of Asset Protection or Security experience.

•Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter and adapt to shifting priorities.
•Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, including responding to alarm calls after hours.
