Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members and support onboarding and integration.
  • •Lead end-to-end management of advanced manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, schedule, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience in advanced manufacturing and related industries (e.g., semiconductors, electronics, pharmaceutical, automotive).
  • •Proven experience managing manufacturing facility projects, production line installations, equipment implementation, or facility expansions.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management principles including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
