Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate development of the Company’s earnings call presentation, including corporate messaging, analysis, and articulation of financial performance.
  • •Manage relationships with investors and analysts by communicating company strategy and performance.
  • •Lead the crafting of investor communications with senior management and internal stakeholders, collect capital markets feedback, and organize investor-targeted events.
  • •Prepare and execute earnings calls and other investor events, including slide presentations, Q&A documents, and logistics.
  • •Contribute to IR delivery activities such as sell-side research monitoring, IR website and digital media management, and event preparation and logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant discipline from a recognized program.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience across accounting, finance, strategy, equity research, fund management, and/or investment banking.
  • •Experience working at a publicly traded company, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Demonstrated strategic, corporate finance, and accounting skills, including evaluating company and industry information.
  • •Excellent analytical thinking, project management, and communication skills for producing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
