Software Asset Manager

Design, execute, and continuously improve the Software Asset Management (SAM) program across all IT lines of business. Ensure software assets are accurately identified and tracked through procurement, licensing, deployment, optimization, and retirement, while maintaining compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory requirements. Standardize asset and model data, manage software entitlements lifecycle, calculate effective license position (ELP), and assess and mitigate usage and licensing compliance risks using ServiceNow.
