Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of Core recruiters within People Success, covering Customer Experience, Security, Enterprise Systems & Technology Operations (ESTO), and People Success. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy, own recruiting operations and capacity planning, and improve hiring speed and quality through pipeline data analysis. Build a high-performance recruiting culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop, and coach a team of Core recruiters, setting expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes.
•Partner with senior leadership across CX, Security, ESTO, and People Success on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
•Own recruiting operations for the portfolio, aligning team structure and capacity with shifting business priorities.
•Drive recruiting process improvements by analyzing pipeline data, identifying bottlenecks, and increasing speed and quality of hire.
•Build a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 201,365 - 236,900 annually

•Use a data-driven approach to pipeline management and translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations.
•Utilize generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
