Key Responsibilities

  • •Refine selected design options into schematic and draft final designs, including required drawings and reports.
  • •Coordinate with other design specializations (e.g., Structural, Mechanical, Water & Environment) to align design requirements across disciplines.
  • •Review design deliverables with senior project teams and implement design revisions based on reviews and checking reports.
  • •Assist senior team members with design value engineering, client/authority feedback, approvals, and related validation work.
  • •Support tender documentation development, including specifications and Bills of Quantities, and help with progress reporting and design quality control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • •4+ years of industry experience in an architectural design function, with a strong track record developing architectural designs for large and complex projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of architectural design, including familiarity with international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Exposure to global best practices and trends in architectural design.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving/leadership.
