Key Responsibilities

  • •Align commercial terms across Facility Services, Procurement, and vendors; lead negotiations and secure approvals for contractor agreements.
  • •Collect and analyze Facility Services inputs for RFPs and hand off packages to Procurement on schedule.
  • •Maintain a master contract register (including amendments, dates, and key clauses) and generate regular contract health reports.
  • •Coordinate drafting, review, and execution of contract modifications and amendments through the legal-finance workflow.
  • •Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, notices, and expiration dates; support claim avoidance and dispute resolution, and lead contractor onboarding and contract close-out activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in a project management role.
  • •5+ years of direct contract-management experience, preferably in a semiconductor, high-tech, or large-scale infrastructure environment.
  • •At least 2 years negotiating high-value service contracts (>$10M).
