Job Summary

Operate, set up, and tune a broad range of CNC machine tools (lathes, grinders, milling machines, EDM, laser cutting) to manufacture and repair parts. Interpret drawings and work instructions, perform precision visual and dimensional inspections, maintain quality logs, assist with maintenance and material flow, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards in a world-class fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up, operate and adjust a wide range of CNC machines to produce new parts and repair worn components.
•Read drawings and follow standard work instructions, sketches, and supervisor directions to produce parts to specifications.
•Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges and coordinate measuring machines to ensure part quality.
•Maintain logs, assist with quality control, equipment upkeep, and material handling activities.
•Keep the workstation clean, safe, and organized; participate in training and knowledge sharing with the team.

Key Requirements

•Operate and adjust a wide range of CNC machines (lathes, grinders, mills, EDM, laser machines) to machine new parts and repair worn ones.
•Read and interpret drawings, standard work instructions, sketches, and verbal directions from a supervisor or team lead.
•Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as gauges and CMMs.
•Maintain quality, equipment maintenance, and material handling processes; keep logs and prepare associated documentation.
•Keep workstations organized, comply with safety standards, and participate in training to improve skills.
