Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve test processes on industry-standard Tester and Handler Equipment (ATE).
  • •Own maintenance, repair, and optimization for critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes enabling integrated circuit production.
  • •Initiate continuous improvement of equipment and process KPIs (safety, quality, cost, productivity, defects, yield) and collaborate with equipment suppliers as needed.
  • •Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems and detection of discrepant material or equipment/process activities to maintain high quality.
  • •Own equipment install/conversion and qualification during factory ramps, and support technology transfer across sites through training and audit of installation/qualification outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automation Control, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Ability to interpret schematic/electronic circuitry.
  • •Experience with data analysis using programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • •Be trained and proficient on industry-standard Tester and Handler Equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne Flex, Advantest V93K, and HonPrec Handlers (or be able to develop test programs with deep hardware interaction knowledge).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong spoken/written English communication; able to work onsite in a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, 4 days per week.
