Key Responsibilities

  • •Process payroll on time and compliantly each month in partnership with the wider PX Shared Service team and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring local legislation changes are applied and administered across systems.
  • •Act as an escalation point for payroll team day-to-day queries and deputise for the team leader when on leave.
  • •Train the wider PX team and share best practices to reduce errors and improve payroll handling.
  • •Coordinate payroll changes with Tech teams and collaborate with PX, Finance, Treasury and Legal to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, ideally across UK and/or international payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles and resolving complex payroll queries.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, pensions, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience using an in-house payroll system (Workday preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a payroll team, with strong collaboration skills across stakeholders and third parties.
