Job Summary

Lead and mentor product managers to transform MonetizeMore into an outcome-driven product organization, owning the Advanced Ads product, driving strategy, growth, and end-to-end monetization across 150,000 websites. As a player-coach, establish a modern product operating model, mentor PMs, and ensure cross-functional alignment to ship high-impact features that drive LTV and MRR.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers, guiding them to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking; promote an outcome-driven culture
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities into MonetizeMore
•Lead continuous product discovery to uncover publishers' pain points, validating ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding
•Take end-to-end ownership from monetization strategy to GTM; prioritize roadmap based on ROI with focus on customer lifetime value and monthly recurring revenue
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped and successfully adopted

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience with 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs; experience in Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus
•Deep practical experience with modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model
•Owner mindset; treat your product like your own business and be willing to dive into raw data and customer feedback
•Data-driven and courageous; monitor product health metrics and pivot or kill underperforming features
•Clear communicator; translate complex technical logic into high-impact value propositions for stakeholders and engineers
