Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform essential production tasks to support safe, high-quality food delivery.
  • •Operate meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for consumers.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line and support teamwork.
  • •Work your scheduled shift and be willing/able to work overtime depending on production demands.
  • •Work in physical, PPE-required environments including sanitation/cleaning chemicals and cold/warm areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Be able to perform continuous/repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • •Stand on concrete/platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and work around animal blood/carcass parts.
  • •Use PPE and work in noisy, cold (20–40 degrees) and/or warm (over 100 degrees) environments; may require certification to operate equipment.
