Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices.
  • •Support requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • •Assist with production issue/incident resolution and enhancement requests.
  • •Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
  • •Participate in system integration, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with business users and technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering (or related) or an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business Analytics.
  • •2025/2026 graduates or recent graduates with excellent academic performance.
  • •Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Willingness to learn enterprise applications and supply chain business processes, with basic knowledge of SQL/databases/programming concepts as a plus.
