•Manage and improve the growth planning framework with emphasis on Market Assessment.
•Review outgoing client documents (renewals, workshop decks) for accuracy and quality.
•Share ownership of the pipeline with the supervisor and drive opportunities to closure.
•Coordinate internal resources to maximize win rates and client value; maintain data integrity in internal platforms.
