Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate groups, arts and crafts, and recreational activities to enhance the member experience and encourage social engagement.
  • •Welcome members to the clinic, manage communications via phone and email, and assist with scheduling and member record updates to support daily operations.
  • •Partner with the interdisciplinary care team to share observations and support coordinated member care, including participation in team meetings.
  • •Identify members’ ongoing needs and help connect them with community resources and supports that promote wellness.
  • •Contribute to projects that support clinic growth and ongoing member success, and participate in training to build skills in mental health support and community resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to mental health, such as pre-med, psychology, social work, or nursing
  • •Interest in mental health and desire to work with members with Severe Mental Illness
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • •Detail-oriented and organized
  • •Comfortable working either one-on-one or in group settings, must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to changing situations
