Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver complex bridge and transportation structures that enhance safety and connectivity across Ontario.
•Oversee inspections, rehabilitation strategies, and construction support to ensure quality and compliance.
•Drive innovation by introducing advanced methodologies and digital solutions to optimize project outcomes.
•Mentor and inspire emerging engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
•Represent WSP in client engagements, industry committees, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario with a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; master’s or PhD preferred.
•10–20 years of experience in bridge engineering, including leadership on major transportation projects.
•Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., CSIBridge, MIDAS) and advanced knowledge of CAN/CSA-S6 standards.
•Proven track record in Design-Build/P3 projects and familiarity with MTO CPS/HICO and BIM tools.
•Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop proposals and manage budgets.
