Key Responsibilities

  • •Talk to internal teams (operators, process engineers, MLEs) to define the roadmap based on user problems.
  • •Own the ML platform roadmap, deciding which capabilities to build next, for which use cases, and why.
  • •Write product specs, KPIs, and success metrics to convert ambiguous ML and autonomy asks into scoped, shippable work.
  • •Drive prioritization and stakeholder alignment so MLEs stay focused on deep technical execution.
  • •Own the path to process autonomy and the simulator/robotics initiatives that underpin models transitioning toward production decisions and deployment trust.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4–8+ years in technical product management, ML platform, or robotics product roles, or equivalent experience leading cross-disciplinary technical programs.
  • •Ability to be the only PM in a highly technical room—driving decisions, deferring to engineers when needed, and building credibility.
  • •Depth in ML systems (training, evaluation, deployment, perception, and simulation) to earn trust with ML and software engineers.
  • •Proven track record bringing structure to ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • •Strong prioritization and tradeoff skills, including clearly communicating what won’t be worked on.
