Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer employee benefits for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agreed processes and SLAs.
  • •Generate and analyze reports on member activity and benefit utilization, providing insights to internal teams and clients.
  • •Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and clients, coordinating resolutions as needed.
  • •Participate in and sometimes lead change projects affecting workflows and renewals, including testing system changes and updating knowledge documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or similar).

  • •Solid understanding of employee benefits administration and related insurance concepts.
  • •Experience with project/process management, including testing, documentation, and implementation of changes.
  • •Strong service orientation and customer focus, with excellent organization and follow-through.
