Vice President, Portfolio Manager

Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major, complex commercial loans while ensuring compliance with lending policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Partner with the Vice President and Commercial Banker to monitor and identify credit risk, support financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee, and coordinate approved loan processing, documentation, and servicing. Assist in achieving bank and regional goals through high-quality customer-facing underwriting support.
