Job Summary

Serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor to help customers adopt Elastic solutions and achieve business outcomes. Define technical success plans, guide onboarding through sustained usage, and remove technical frictions across Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. Collaborate with account and pre-sales teams, liaise with support when needed, assess consumption, recommend upgrades, and support expansion efforts to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR).

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the account team, including the Account Executive and Solutions Architect, to provide ongoing technical coverage while the team identifies new deals.
•Define and communicate technical success plans that outline optimal use of Elastic solutions to achieve customer business objectives.
•Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption, continuously driving solution consumption.
•Work with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions and align value propositions to customer goals.
•Review customer consumption, proactively recommend upgrades, and support expansion to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR); travel onsite with customers as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (highly preferred).
•Validated experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer, with hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
•Experience with one or more Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and aligning them with business objectives.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
