Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical owner for assigned Catalyst 9K products across their lifecycle.
  • •Lead DfX activities to drive manufacturability, assembly, test, cost, quality, and supply chain readiness for mass production.
  • •Collaborate with electrical design, hardware development, software engineering, program management, supply chain operations, and contract manufacturing partners from concept through launch.
  • •Optimize cost, quality, and delivery throughout the supply chain and into the customer environment.
  • •Support qualification and sustaining engineering, including GQT/MCN processes, value engineering, technical issue resolution, CM/operations liaison work, and end-of-life planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of electrical engineering experience in high-complexity, high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with PCB and PCBA manufacturing, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
  • •Practical knowledge of Design for X (DfX) principles such as Valor DFM, design for manufacturability, and design for testability.
  • •Ability to work reliably in diverse, multi-functional teams.
