Staff Robotics Software Engineer

Develop and maintain high-level robotic behavior code (behavior trees) for multi-robot teams, integrate autonomy with sensors, flight controllers, and radios, and own end-to-end testing from simulation to real-world deployment. Collaborate with platform teams, create and analyze debugging metrics, triage issues, and partner with end-users to turn needs into features while balancing UX with engineering constraints. Travel up to 25% and eligible for active U.S. Secret clearance.
