Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical partner journey for priority B2B plugins from pitch and readiness assessment through architecture, build, evaluation, submission, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Identify plugin use cases and define user journeys/expected behaviors to focus on workflows where ChatGPT or Codex create meaningful user value.
  • •Write production and sample code; build prototypes/reference implementations and create technical guidance, evals, launch checklists, and debugging tools.
  • •Debug API contracts and integration issues across OAuth/login, tool invocation, latency, retries, rate limits, observability, data model, and user experience.
  • •Review partner architectures and plans for API design, scopes/permissions, data handling, safety, privacy, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of professional software engineering experience, strong enough to contribute to the platform while coding hands-on.
