Assistant Branch Manager

Supervise day-to-day branch operations and help the Branch Manager run the branch. Model expected sales behaviors, monitor sales results, coach personal bankers through structured coaching, and meet individual sales goals and business development responsibilities. Lead scheduling, training coordination, customer issue resolution, and compliance with bank operations, security, and security standards. Manage hiring/evaluations and support budget planning and expenditure to improve performance and deliver strong customer experiences.
