Job Summary

Staff Software Engineer to design and ship end-to-end AI product experiences in a 0-to-1 NYC environment. You’ll build novel GenAI interfaces, collaborate with product, design and other engineers, drive onboarding and adoption, and establish best practices for AI products on a scalable data & AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Create novel GenAI interfaces that manage complex workflows with human-in-the-loop inspectability and transparency
•Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible AI solutions
•Lead by example with hands-on full-stack development to deliver dynamic, user-centric experiences
•Enable product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities
•Direct the future of agentic AI applications in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,900 - 253,750 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
•Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into scrappy MVPs and iterate quickly based on data and user feedback
•Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember)
•10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (eg: Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go)
•Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products, ideally with a significant UI/UX component
