Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day security program activities within assigned task order scope to meet government acceptance standards and schedule requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, deliverable tracking systems, and performance status reports in accordance with contract requirements.
  • •Coordinate with government personnel and the Program Manager on task execution, staffing assignments, and corrective action planning.
  • •Provide senior-level oversight of contract deliverable quality control processes within assigned security disciplines and locations.
  • •Support transition activities, knowledge transfer, and personnel continuity planning, including managing subcontractor performance where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) additional years of work experience in program or project management in a DoD environment.
  • •A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing DoD security programs or multi-discipline security support operations.
  • •Demonstrated experience with one or more DoD security disciplines, including GENSEC, INDUSEC, INFOSEC, PERSEC, or PHYSEC.
  • •Experience supporting joint program office security operations for defense acquisition programs (preferred).
  • •Top Secret clearance required; Secret clearance must currently be possessed; US citizenship required.
