Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own Luma’s contract lifecycle in Ironclad, including intake, playbooks, approvals, and integrations.
  • •Design standardized intake workflows and self-service playbooks to help Sales and internal teams move faster.
  • •Set up automated approval routing to shorten cycle time while controlling risk across agreement types.
  • •Run the contract database as the single source of truth with attribute extraction, audits, and a clean template repository.
  • •Build reporting on contract volume, turnaround time, and KPIs, and identify/clear bottlenecks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on Ironclad CLM experience, including configuring workflows, managing permissions, and pulling reports.
  • •Firm grasp of contract lifecycles and the anatomy of commercial agreements.
  • •2+ years in contract administration or legal operations.
  • •Evidence of improving metrics like faster turnaround, more self-service volume, or fewer stalls.
  • •BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
