Job Summary

Drive Premier acquisition by implementing premier acquisition strategies and acquiring new-to-bank customers through central or self-generated leads. Support high-value personal clients with simple retail sales while delivering high-standard customer service to improve satisfaction. Build strong working relationships with relevant business areas such as WPB and Marketing, and complete customer service and retail sales targets.

•Implement Premier Acquisition strategies successfully.
•Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads.

•Deliver high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of one year progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Strong knowledge of deposits and banking/wealth products (e.g., WEM products and mortgages).
•Knowledge of laws/regulations and market trends affecting banking/finance, consumers, competitors, and foreign currency/economic conditions.
•Strong presentation and sales skills, with objection handling and ability to work under pressure.
