  • •Own source pipeline reliability and expansion, including evaluating connections and building net-new integrations.

  • •Lead pipeline incident response with fast communication and root-cause prevention.
  • •Improve data architecture and storage to boost performance, reduce costs, and optimize batch workflows as volume scales.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in data engineering, database engineering, or software engineering, owning production data infrastructure end-to-end.
  • •Deep Snowflake expertise including warehouse configuration, RBAC/role hierarchy design, connector management, cost optimization, and compute-layer performance tuning.
  • •Expert SQL, dbt, and Python skills for complex, high-performance queries and production-grade pipeline code.
  • •Experience building and maintaining source pipelines, including CDC via logical replication, Fivetran or Airbyte, custom API ingestion, orchestration, and S3-based ingestion patterns.
  • •Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, privacy, and observability best practices.
