Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale the existing Analytics Engineering team from 8 to 20+ within the next 12 months while keeping high standards and coaching growth.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Product, and Analytics leads in the Servicing tribe to define and implement the data & analytics strategy.
  • •Ensure trustable, discoverable, context-enriched core datasets by partnering with dataset users and engineers producing source data.
  • •Act as a tooling evangelist for new capabilities like AI applications, owning adoption and rollout and tracking outcomes (e.g., lead time for data assets).
  • •Assess and implement data modeling best practices across the tribe to improve data capabilities and cost sustainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record delivering long-term, strategic, cross-functional projects (2+ year horizon).
  • •Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including code-review and architecture review.

  • •Ability to own the roadmap for BI tooling and transformation tools such as LightDash and dbt, including adoption and security/technical implementation.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and storytelling with data, translating complex insights into actionable narratives.
