Job Summary

Support HR and Finance with employment-law expertise across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination. Review and manage HR documentation for legal compliance, draft and coordinate HR legal documents for Polish and international entities, and advise on labor law and employment legislation. Partner with HR and Finance to create and implement internal procedures and policies, and produce legal reports, analyses, and summaries to support internal decision-making in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Review, process, and oversee HR documentation to ensure legal compliance.
•Draft and coordinate HR legal documents across Polish and international entities, including commission and bonus schemes.
•Provide legal support on labor law and employment legislation across the employee lifecycle (hiring to termination).
•Collaborate with HR and Finance to create, update, and implement internal procedures and policies.
•Prepare legal reports, analyses, and summaries to support internal company decision-making.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in employment legal practice, preferably across more than one legal jurisdiction.
•Deep knowledge of employment/HR law, including regulatory compliance, remuneration structures, commission frameworks, and internal investigations.
•Ability to independently lead and deliver complex legal projects.
•Excellent English communication (speaking and writing), including Legal English (min. C1).
•Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny) or advocate (adwokat) is an asset but not strictly required.
