•Define and drive a differentiated growth strategy for KHI, relaunching its strategy and moving from commodity selling to branded, value-added solutions while advancing innovation and bespoke product offerings
•Lead end-to-end business performance and operational alignment, optimizing manufacturing capacity, go-to-market strategy, and full P&L accountability
•Elevate organizational understanding and adoption of KHI by influencing Retail, AFH, Operations, and Plant leadership and creating strong internal connection points
•Build and lead high-performing teams across core functions, and develop ongoing coaching and upskilling programs while expanding external partnerships
•Represent KHI externally through industry events and customer engagements to strengthen market presence and Joint Business Planning (JBP) opportunities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 220,800 - 276,000 annually
