Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation for timely and efficient project completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, enforcing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure availability for project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience, with GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus Professional degree for MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Strong construction knowledge of techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects.
  • •Proficiency using construction tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, project management software, surveying instruments) and ERP knowledge (preferably SAP).
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (including OSHA standards) to enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
