Key Responsibilities

  • •Own analytics and reporting of migration progress, risk, and readiness for Executive leadership, the Board, Regulators, and partner teams.
  • •Develop and lead business strategies and strategic planning with a 1–6 month horizon.
  • •Manage and develop a team of analysts through coaching and mentoring, and potentially drive P&L accountability for a business segment.
  • •Drive credit risk improvements by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses.
  • •Coordinate across the business to manage and sequence delivery, build requirements, execute product strategy, and oversee multiple concurrent projects and programs.

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually
