•Operate die cutter machine, troubleshoot and monitor operation to develop end-result printed material to customer specifications.
•Prepare die cutter by adjusting die and register for pressure and cutting; complete make-ready tasks for high productivity and precision.
•Resolve defects and make adjustments while maintaining speed and quality; clear jams during production.
•Review completed jobs for quality and accuracy, ensuring finished product meets customer expectations and checklists are completed.
•Ensure compliance with ISO standards, cGMP, HACCP Food Safety requirements, chain of custody, and OHSE safety policies; oversee general technicians on equipment.
