Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver IT projects by coordinating work packages, phases, milestones, and concrete plans based on clear scope.
  • •Monitor projects to ensure they stay on track, meet deadlines and outcomes, and follow PMO methodologies and defined controls.
  • •Recommend approaches to manage benefits/outcomes for IT strategic initiatives driving business transformation and efficiencies.
  • •Conduct analysis and generate accurate figures for recommendations and present it in logical forms using defined models.
  • •Maintain project logs and coordinate lifecycle activities including initiation, planning, closure, handover, and regular status reporting for steering groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering IT projects in a mixed methodology environment, ideally supporting M&A technology workstreams.
  • •Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and understanding of SDLC processes and guidelines.
  • •Qualified in a recognised project management methodology (e.g., Prince II, PMI) or proven project management experience.
  • •Extremely competent with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using project management tooling such as MS Project.
  • •Strong stakeholder communication skills, facilitation, and the ability to present project health, plans, and data tailored to different audiences.
