Key Responsibilities

•Lead the 24/7 SOC to deliver high-fidelity monitoring and rapid threat response across corporate environments.
•Maintain the incident response program and serve as Incident Commander during security breaches.
•Oversee threat hunting and the development of custom SIEM/EDR detection logic while managing SOC contractors and team lead(s).
•Own enterprise security for corporate assets, cloud services, and products—ensuring secure configuration, monitoring, and compliance with policy.
•Partner with GRC and IT to support security assessments and third-party risk reviews, manage the security budget, and drive AI-driven improvements to detect and respond faster.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of cybersecurity or IT security experience, including 3-4 years in a management or lead role.
•Proven track record managing SOC operations and leading incident response efforts.
•Strong knowledge of threat detection, incident management, vulnerability management, and compliance.
•Hands-on experience securing cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Deep knowledge of SIEM/SOAR and EDR/XDR platforms (Splunk/Microsoft Sentinel/Palo Alto XSOAR; CrowdStrike/SentinelOne).
