Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for service repair, upgrades/enhancements, service agreements, and lifetime connectivity related to new equipment installations.
  • •Own P&L responsibilities, including monthly revenue forecasting, margin expectations, and cash flow through timely invoicing and expense/utilization management.
  • •Oversee service coordination to respond efficiently to customers and ensure technician training/skill levels are balanced across the district, including emergency repair and scheduled work.
  • •Attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop service employees, and drive continuous improvement via performance management and technical product training.
  • •Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance across the service team and deliver training to maintain safe and productive work in shops and customer sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
