Job Summary

Build and operate an internal AI/ML platform that helps HP teams adopt generative AI and large language models. You’ll develop platform tools and backend APIs, maintain CI/CD automation, and integrate AI-enabled workflows via gateways. The role also includes weekly cloud infrastructure troubleshooting using Terraform across AWS and Azure, supporting model deployment to services like SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure ML/AI Foundry, and Kubernetes, plus documentation and ongoing platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop internal platform tools and services, including self-service portals/workbenches and backend APIs.
•Build and maintain automations and CI/CD tooling, including MCP/gateway integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
•Write and maintain Terraform and provision/configure platform resources across AWS and Azure.
•Diagnose deployment, networking, endpoint, and configuration issues, collaborating with security/networking specialists.
•Help teams productionize and deploy models with hosting/inference patterns and operational readiness across SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure ML/AI Foundry, and Kubernetes; create docs and improve platform processes.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 7–10 years of work experience in areas such as programming, machine learning, algorithms, and statistical methods.
•Strong programming skills for building platform services and backend APIs.
•Experience with ML/AI concepts such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
•Ability to reason about deployments and collaborate with security/networking specialists during infrastructure troubleshooting.
