Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design, implementation, and commissioning of ICA systems, including PLC/HMI/SCADA, drives/servo motion control, robotics, machine vision, and industrial networks.
  • •Help advance industrial IT/OT digitization, including data connectivity and visualization, and assist with FAT/SAT and line start-ups to deliver ICA and data/IT/OT requirements.
  • •Act as system owner for defined ICA and industrial data scope, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation, stable data flows, backups, version control, and documentation.
  • •Support safety, quality, and cybersecurity practices in OT scope, including Electrical Safety and Lockout/Tagout, and contribute to GMP/data integrity inputs.
  • •Use production data (historians, MES, OEE, PLC logs) to identify losses, build simple dashboards/reports, support root-cause analysis, and contribute to energy and sustainability instrumentation efforts.

Salary: 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • •Basic knowledge of industrial automation including sensors/actuators and PLC/HMI fundamentals.
  • •Exposure or programming knowledge for PLCs and/or HMIs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, Schneider).
  • •Some exposure to industrial Ethernet networks and data acquisition concepts (e.g., IP addressing, switches/VLANs; historians/MES/dashboard data flows).
  • •Willingness to work on-site full-time and occasionally travel for training or project work.
