Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • •Partner with technical leadership to evaluate requirements and architect solutions using configuration or custom development.
  • •Build, maintain, and optimize complex automations, workflows, and custom capabilities.
  • •Program and support Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code, and execute/support data integrations with external platforms/APIs.
  • •Lead the telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys, rebuilding associated system integrations and automations, and troubleshoot issues across the supported environment.
