Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and documentation of end-to-end service processes across HQ and school operations.
  • •Analyze and map existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop service blueprints, process maps, operating procedures, user journeys, and RACI models as appropriate.
  • •Partner with Digital & Technology Services teams to structure processes for automation, system integration, and improved data visibility.
  • •Facilitate workshops, support adoption of new service models, and continuously refine designs based on implementation outcomes and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Service Design, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • •Certification or training in Service Design, Process Design, or Design Thinking (advantage).
  • •5–8 years of experience in service design, process design, operational improvement, or digital transformation.
  • •Experience designing operational workflows and service experiences within complex organizations.
  • •Experience working alongside digital product teams or technology implementation initiatives.
