Job Summary

As Senior Configuration Officer, you will establish, maintain, and audit configuration control across engineering data, product structures, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle. The role requires expertise in Teamcenter or Windchill PLM and SAP ERP integration, plus change management with ECR/ECN. You will ensure data integrity, compliance in export-controlled environments, and support manufacturing and supply chains with accurate configuration data.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and enforce configuration management (CM) processes across product lifecycle stages and define configuration baselines (as-designed, as-built, as-maintained).
•Control part numbering, document identification, and revision schemes; manage BOM/MBOM and document lifecycles in PLM systems.
•Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across PLM and SAP ERP; synchronize PLM and ERP data and release configurations.
•Administer Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and Deviations/Waivers; maintain audit trails and implementation tracking.
•Maintain configuration status accounting and reporting; support internal and external audits, including export-controlled/classified environments.

Key Requirements

•Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Configuration Management, or related discipline.
•8–15 years experience in configuration management within a regulated industry.
•Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter or Windchill PLM systems.
•Experience integrating PLM systems with SAP ERP.
•Working knowledge of BS 8888 and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 10007).
