Job Summary

Lead the Customer Support department within the Business Unit Cabin Interior at the Rochefort site, overseeing support for Cabin Interior armchairs and pilot seats. Drive innovation of support services and spare parts offerings, optimize operational performance (on-time/on-quality) and financial results (P&L), and manage cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and execution of the service support strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the Customer Support department for Cabin Interior seats and pilot seats, reporting to the VP Cabin Interior and serving on the unit steering committee.
•Innovate by proposing new support services/products and developing and promoting sales of Customer Support and spare parts to anticipate client needs.
•Optimize operational performance (On-Time Delivery, On-Quality Delivery) and financial performance (Profit & Loss) to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction.
•Manage the teams (Customer Support, Technical, Sales Administration) and coordinate with transversal services to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
•Develop and drive the strategic plan for the support service to consolidate the service’s commercial ambition.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, ideally in cabin interiors, with indispensable experience in Business/First class seats.

•Strong customer orientation and the ability to handle demanding contractual relationships.
•English at a minimum B2 level, as well as French.
