Support payroll accounting and forecasting for the assigned operation as ESG Accountant, preparing payroll analysis, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and coordinating with external vendors on payroll platform issues. You will work with ADP configurations for union reporting, ensure compliance with internal controls and local labor and accounting regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies.
