Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and reporting to ensure zero degradation to mission readiness across supported units.
  • •Validate and submit weekly maintenance readiness reports (including NMC statuses, parts on order, shop stock, and high-priority requisitions) using GCSS-Army.
  • •Review and analyze maintenance trends and recommend reset/recapitalization/lateral movement of assets as needed.
  • •Ensure maintenance records, dispatches, and fault data in GCSS-Army are accurate, timely, and compliant with Army policy.
  • •Provide technical guidance on PMCS, safety messages, modification work orders (MWOs), deficiency corrections, and support AMRs and readiness briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance (preference for an active clearance).
  • •Minimum eight (8) years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager (91 Series) or DoD equivalent.
  • •Proficient in GCSS-Army and AESIP, with at least five (5) years of GCSS-Army experience.
  • •GCSS-A trained (Certificate) with proficiency supporting Motor Pool Operations / CL IX Support Operations (SPO).
