Lead end-to-end delivery of global, outcomes-based Salesforce implementations using Agile and modern AI-enabled practices. Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, risks, resourcing, dependencies, and sold vs. delivered margins.
•Lead Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe, including sprint execution, backlog prioritisation, and delivery predictability for cross-functional Salesforce teams.
•Develop and manage integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps, providing progress reporting, risk visibility, and dependency management.
•Drive stakeholder alignment through executive reporting, governance forums, and proactive escalation management in global environments.
•Track program metrics to prove business value (ROI, sprint velocity gains, adoption rates) while establishing delivery governance and continuous improvement across projects.

Key Requirements

•10+ years total IT experience with 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects.
•Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Industry clouds.
•Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle and experience collaborating with Architects and Technical Leads.
•Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud) and a project/Agile management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM).
•Hands-on experience with project management/collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Smartsheets, and Google Workspace, with awareness of AI-enabled delivery tools (Gemini, Notebook LM, Claude).
